The Service Order to perform a move connection has been adapted to perform as follows:
After having created the new address and connection under “Customer add Address or Connection”, the next step is to create a Move Connection Service Order.
Once in the function and having selected the Customer ID in the addresses block (Section), the cursor should be positioned on the active address and selected, to then click on the “Customer Service Orders” tab to be able to proceed, otherwise a window will indicate that this should be the case.
After clicking the “Customer Service Orders” tab, the following screen appears after selecting “MOVE CONNECTION”, and both the from and to connections are equal in quantities of connections and installed cylinders.
The orange bar requires that you select the address, the customer requests to move from.
Next, the green bar provides the selection of the address where the customer wishes to move to.
This is what the result will be after selecting this addresses.
Now the Service type is selected, which will display the Products ordered, allowing the update, to then conclude with the submission of the Service Order, etc.
The one issue which may arise is the ordering that may take place for the old address, while the move has not been concluded.
If the move takes place before the normal order is delivered, the corrective action for this should be by using the “Move Order” function.
